Scheduling

Arriving: Plan for me to pick you up at the airport 30 minutes after your flight’s arrival. Although Hayden/Steamboat is a small airport, it will take 30 minutes to receive your luggage and possibly longer for ski/snowboard bags.

Departing: Plan for me to pick you up 2 hours before your flight’s departure

Flight Delays

In the event that your flight is delayed more than 30 minutes, we may need to complete a ride for another customer. We won’t leave you stranded, but can’t guarantee your immediate pick-up. We will work together to get you to Steamboat as quickly as possible.

Confirmations, Cancellations & Refunds

Bluebird Chauffeur is a small, locally owned and operated business. When you book, we are turning down inquiries from other passengers.

Payment in full required to secure reservation. Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and Credit Cards accepted. (3% fee for credit card payments)

• Cancellations made 1 week or more from the scheduled service will be refunded 100%

• Cancellations made less than one week but 48 hours ahead will be refunded 75%

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours will not be refunded

Bluebird Chauffeur is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Bluebird Chauffeur is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, the termination of a trip caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. untreated roads, accidents, etc.), or customer requests for late pickups that result in missed flights or late arrivals.
